Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party ad pixels. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Site from malicious traffic. If we use website analytics, we use a cookieless, privacy-friendly service (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that does not track you across websites or build a profile about you.

Do Not Track: Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites, we treat all visitors the same whether or not their browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.

How we use information

  • To respond to your questions and requests and provide quotes
  • To provide, bill for and support services you purchase
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Site
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not use personal information for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

How we share information

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers (processors) that help us run our business under contracts that limit their use of the data, such as website hosting and security (Cloudflare, Inc.), email delivery and business email providers.
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers, such as a merger or sale of the business, subject to this policy.

In the past 12 months we have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of consumers under 16.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete personal information we collected from or about you
  • Data portability: receive a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising and certain profiling
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it)
  • Non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights

Although we do not sell or share personal information, you may still submit an opt-out request at any time. Global Privacy Control: We treat a GPC signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale of personal information and targeted advertising for that browser.

How to submit a request

Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days, where permitted), we will tell you why.

To protect your information, we will verify your identity by matching information you provide with information we already have. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of the agent's authority and verify your identity directly.

Appeals

If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing [email protected] with the subject "Privacy appeal." We will respond to appeals within 45 days (60 days in some states). If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact your state Attorney General, for example the Colorado Attorney General.

How long we keep information

We keep contact form submissions and related emails for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship, and generally no longer than three years after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, tax records). Server and security logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period according to its policies.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption, modern security headers and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to other websites, which have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for them.
